To My Clients: After 42 years as an attorney, I have decided to wind down and withdraw from the private practice of law. As of September 20, 2023, I will no longer be accepting new clients. For my existing clients, I will keep you informed as I finalize my plans. I expect to be substantially cutting back my efforts in my private practice after November 30, 2023, which is the date I will close my physical office. I do intend to keep my law license active after that date, for an as-yet undetermined amount of time, so that I can be available for various services, selectively.

We sold our business in early 2022 and chose to do so without a R/E broker. Mr. Wilkinson assured us that as a Real Estate lawyer he could safely guide us through the process. This was more than accurate. The sale was not without difficulty, and although the closing date was extended three times, it was not due to any issues with Les and Fatima. They were very responsive and prompt when the responsibility was on them to process paperwork or turn information around.
Although entirely professional, Fatima was very compassionate and understanding when we needed to call and ask (many) questions concerning processes and protocols. Les was 100% on top of anything that might potentially pose any risk or liability to us, as we had never been through the selling process before. At the end when things looked as though they were unraveling a bit he was on top of it and helped us through the difficulty with both sides ultimately satisfied with the outcome.
